I dealt with Darren when buying my new car, and he made the whole process very straighforward. He was helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended him and the dealership to friends, and look forward to a long association with the company.

A 7 hour repair takes 3 days to complete supposedly. I was told everything that was included in the repairs would take 2 days now it looks like it won't be ready within 5 days based on the new estimate provided on the 3rd day of them having the car. Be honest the first time and I would have organized around the fact that you needed the car for longed than expected. Unacceptable ✖️ Trust Ford when their dealer lies to you very difficult that.

I’ll be honest I always overlooked Parks of Hamilton as for 20 + years I got my cars fromanother dealer AC. However lately the customer service and outcome was appalling considering it was a 23 plate carSo from recommendation via a friend we called Parks of Hamilton & from the first call Stephen Brown was exceptional. MOT and yearly service for my Kona at Tates Hyundai in Portslade was excellent.Service was carried out under my service plan.I was well received. Work was done efficiently and well on time. A beautifully clean car was returned to me and I was home earlier than I had expected.Also always a treat to have tea and a cake at the nearby Tates Garden Centre- a perfect afternoon!Thank you Natalie and all at Tates.

Great customer service. We were always kept up to date with the progress of our car's arrival. Very friendly team. We are very happy with our new car through the motability scheme. I would highly recommend.

Holdcroft Hyundai Macclesfield not only do they sell cars But Miliners as well pulled rear passenger seatbelt right out so it jammed then failed it's M.O.T. told broken belt cost me £300+ got the old seatbelt back guess what it works perfect 18 plate i10 M.O.T. and service £837.35 that's called nailing your hat on phoned Holdcrofts up and spoke to service manager I explained the situation as a ex motor mechanic we used to do MOTs was years ago but most things are the same the only difference is that the saab garage I worked in never did jobs that shouldn't have been done never overcharged and followed customer instructions

Very good sales team, test drove what possibly could be our next car. Very nice , comfortable waiting area and must also admit, the supplied coffee that Luke gave us was most excellent, almost worth the visit alone.We are the happy new owner of a new Tuscon made very easily by Luke and the staff at Yeomans Bexhill.

It was cold wet and windy Sunday morning when I popped into Marshall Hyundai in Worcester, I had seen a particular car on the website. I was greeted by a cheerful smile by a young man called Ryan Boulder with an umbrella to shield me from the rain, unfortunately that particular car had been sold, but not a problem as Ryan showed me another car which would suit our particular needs, a door opened and another cheerful smile opened the car. It was just what we needed, Ryan arranged a test drive always chatting explaining and answering my questions.When we got back we sat down to go through financial requirements over an excellent cup of coffee. Nothing was to much for Ryan and due to his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness, we brought the car. Ryan is a credit to Marshall Hyundai Worcester and we will be going back for future cars! Highly recommended!
