After getting told my boiler was too new to replace by companies who didn’t realise I had a really old Boiler Eco 4 really knew there stuff and Stacy sorted me out with a fab new boiler and loft installation and I’m really grateful for these people and I was even more surprised they did little extras like a fan in bathroom and vents thanks again.

Certas energy took over Peart fuels and from then the service was none existant. The experiance that I have had is extremely negative and I have now spent my money with Speedy who gave a completely different attitude to customers. Certes is appauling to deal with.

We have regular oil deliveries at our home, this is by far the best company we've ever used. The staff were helpful and nothing was a problem. The driver was amazing. I would highly recommend using these guys. I wont be using anyone else.

Steven came round on a Saturday which was really appreciated. Serviced my combi boiler and fitted a new shower. Extremely professional job and some handy tips on maintenance. Absolutely zero mess left behind. Definitely a fair price for the work carried out. 100% recommended.

I have been a loyal customer of boiler juice for years now, and it was all smooth sail. Sometimes they missed the delivery day they have given me, but life happens and circumstances out of control happen. It was fine, it was rescheduled for another day and it was delivered.This one time, in years of biannually using their services, I was out yearly in the morning, I probably was the 1st delivery of the day, and I was not expecting them at 9 o'clock, I missed the delivery. Call the delivery company, called boiler juice , they all assured me all was fine and they will deliver the oil as soon as they have another batch delivery in the area. Absolutely fine with that . Just to receive an email in the evening that I have to pay a £40 fee for missing the delivery or they will not deliver my oil at all and will reimburse my money, but will take the £40 fee out of it !!!Should I get a voucher for every time they said they will the deliver one day and they never showed up ?!?!Apparently that is their new policy and will not deliver my oil until the I pay the fee!.Absolutely disgusting money grabbers!!!A miss delivery counts only one sided!!This will be my last order from them. Chandlers and direct oil are equally good quality and price wise. The only thing that kept me with boiler juice was my loyalty!

Always order heating oil from Patterson and have had a great service every time. Always find them to be the cheapest and fastest and delivery drivers are lovely and helpful.The bad reviews on here seem to relate to orders placed via Boiler Juice - this isn't the fault of Patterson in my experience as Boiler Juice have held back my order previously meaning the supplier hadn't recieved the order to fulfil.I always now go direct to Patterson and never had an issue.
