Gymnasium school

Brilliant dance school I couldn’t recommend it enough. My daughter has been going for the last year and half and the difference now to when she started is amazing. It’s given her so much confidence in lessons and out of lessons. She absolutely loves her dance teacher Miss Ashton who is great with the kids and makes dancing fun. I look forward to when she comes home and shows me all the dance routines she has learnt.

Unique Kickboxing is the best around! Been kickboxing with Matt for 17 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach but not just a coach so much more! Working my way through my belts and achieving my Senior Black Belt I couldn’t thank Matt enough and it will always be like my second home x

Joining a gym can be quite daunting for some, a couple of years ago I would never have walked into one but this place has been like a second home! Such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and people are always willing to help. Never feel uncomfortable. Brilliant range of gym equipment, easy enough to use for beginners, very spacious and always clean and tidy. Good opening hours, making it easy to fit around a busy lifestyle and meaning its never over crowded. The guys that own the gym are brilliant and so friendly. They will help keep you on track with what you want to achieve. Pts with Gaf are definitely a challenge! Would highly recommend for anyone that needs any help with training or needs that extra push, will help take you out of your comfort zone which is great and really makes you work. Definitely no giving up! Coming here has been perfect for helping me achieve what I have so far and makes workouts enjoyable!

I love bringing my 8 month old to the baby classes, he loves all of the different activities and equipment and is always tired out by all the fun! He has really come on socially and physically since bringing him and is much more confident. It's also so useful that if things don't go to plan (which is often with babies!) and we miss a class we can just book another time with no problem or charge. Will definitely be telling all my other friends to sign up!

Jamie did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing an issue with our treadmill in a timely manner. We will definitely be using him for all future service and repair.

Spotlessly clean toilets, staff continually cleaning tables. All activities very well organised. Quite impressive.

My daughter has been dancing at this school since before she was 3 years old (she's now 8), she loves it and it shows. She has gained so much confidence and self belief, which helps her in her day to day life, as well as dance and acro skills. If you are looking for a professional dance school that treats your child like family then look no further.

Went here for my first class yesterday and absolutely loved it, the instructor Amy made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I found the studio to be unlike any pole studios I've been to before, its 1 person to 1 pole and a very encouraging atmosphere :) can't wait to be back next week!

MyGym is so fab for little ones - I love it as it aids my daughter’s physical development as well as her mental development. The facilities are great and the classes are so fun, focusing on movement and physical skills and the class leaders are really enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend at all.You only got a chance to shine when you are friends or family with the coach Lisa. No equal treatment at all. Also after my child ha sledt the scorpions I have been chasing Lisa for 5 months for my refund of £140 - every time hearing a different excuse! BCA have confirmed the refund has been sent to her a while ago. When confronted she said she's busy and blocked me at the end. Not professional at all!Clearly Lisa is more about the money than reputation.I have now received only a PARTIAL refund for the tickets
