Woofing Grrrreaat time.

Trying to get my dogs medical history transferred to Craemill vets has taken 3 phones so far. Spoke to Keira Sibley yesterday at 1130. I was assured from her that she would send information straight away. Safe to say she didn’t do a thing as I got a call this morning from Craemill saying I needed to call Parklands to issue my consent. Desperate unreliable and unprofessional service. I would also like to add that I am fully aware of the impact of the current crisis we are in and that waiting times may be lengthy. (I waited an hour and 20 minutes last Thursday after being asked to stand outside while 4 customers remained inside - not 2 and was spoken to very rudely by said person wearing no mask) As am I conscious that staff are under pressure following and implementing guidelines. I am a teacher and am well aware of the need to try and carry out my job whilst trying to keep hundreds of children safe along with myself; however there is simply no excuse for bad manners. Kindness works both ways. On a positive, I would like to say thank you to Andrew Turkington - Head of Small animals, for listening and showing empathy and understanding to me because of my experiences with Parklands over the past few months. And to Zara who is doing an incredible job. She is a fantastic manager and a real people person with a warm and friendly disposition. A genuine asset to your organisation.

Excellent services, desk staff are friendly and helpful/ knowledgeable. Don't think it's overly expensive

If I could give a no star rating I would. Brought my Yorkshire terror here while back and when I picked him up and got him home we notice blood dripping like a tap from his paw so rushed him to vets he ended up having to have a op because they severed his due claw They tried to say it wasn't them and that he was fine when he left When I picked him up he did seem fine wasn't until I got home and poked my Yorkie had round the corner in my living room to show my man his new fur cut and he said what they done to him I was like awww I think he looks cute he said no am on about what have they done to him looked down and blood drips all over my floor. I picked him up of their counter straight into taxi he was kept on my lap then out the taxi carried straight in house and straight to the room still holding my dog so how else's could he have severedbhis due claw? They have obviously nipped him in process of grooming my dog and possibally not realised but still not the point never took my dog to a groomer again poor thing had his leg in bangages for weeks because of it

Dandy Dog great value for money i love taking my dogs there. They are pampered & well loved by the owner.My dogs adore her & that is the most important part, for meAlways tries her best to accommodate me whenever I ask for an appointment.Sometimes have gone in as rag a muffins but returns shiny & beautiful.My dog are always excited to see her they love her to bits.
