Excellent care for my Mum

As a deacon from St Michael's, the local Catholic church, I visit Abbeycrest on a regular basis. The management team have always encouraged my visits since they have an awareness of the spiritual needs as well as the physical needs of their residents. The caring staff are always very helpful, whether it be helping me find an individual person or preparing for our monthly communal service. I have always find Abbeycrest a most welcoming place and enjoy my interaction with both residents and staff.

Great quiet suburban location in the heart of Peterborough, 10 minutes from the city centre. Wonderful garden at the sun facing rear of the property making it perfect for relaxing with a nice glass of your favorite tipple. The accommodation has everything you would expect making it a pleasurable relaxing experience. Would be a pleasure to book again as it had everything you hope for in rented accommodation.

Our stay was wonderful throughout. We were there for my sons wedding and it was a home from home. Having an apartment allowed us to be together throughout.Beautifully decorated, well equipped and spacious, it gave us everything we needed and more.

A fabulous week for a family group - we were 14 people from 12 to 79. The Granary is wonderfully well equipped, beautifully designed and superbly well cared for. We all loved the facilities - games room with great hot tub, pool table, table tennis, table football. Two huge sitting rooms, one with tv, and a dining room where we could all eat together. The kitchen was brilliant. The bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. We were in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside but close enough to Ross and Hereford for days out. We knew that Sarah and her team had worked hard to prepare everything for us and someone would be available to handle any problems (of which there were none!). Could not recommend Trevase Granary more highly!

Far better than other local,agencies we have used both mum and dad were really pleased with every visit made. I cannot praise too highly the owners and staff who did so much for my parents Unlike other agencies we have never had to phone and complain about missed calls or poor service nor about disputed hours on the billing invoice. Without KHC my sister and I would have never have been able to relax a little knowing my parents were in such good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care and support in their own home.

Really nice place to stay with well organized and kind landlords. The appartment is perfectly furnished and tidy. Very easy to access with all commodities in the area. We stayed almost 2 months and we felt like home !

If you are looking for a Care Home a visit to look around Avalon Court is highly recommended. I work for a charity with a group of ten Care Homes in the south. My sister and Mum chose Avalon Court after visiting several Homes and I am well impressed! Mum is very happy and the carers & staff take great care of her. The food is good and there's plenty to do with lots of activities. It's a beautiful place and the residents have made the garden lovely. A big THANK YOU to every one who works there.

Derby Heights is a wonderful care home with a friendly atmosphere. The staff treat the residents as if they are their own family. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a safe and caring home for a loved one.
