similar theme to the below, pane failed after 6 months (seal) then replacement one had glass defect, replacement 2 had defect, replacement 3 defect in same place, now replacement 4 has swarf inside the pane and stuck on the glass...... lets hope the 5th resolves the issue

Kooks Unlimited

This shop used to be great but now it is a shadow of its former self. It’s a tip (see picture) with unopened boxes everywhere and the stock all over the place. The staff don’t know what they stock. If they do then they don’t seem to know where anything even should be, let alone where it actually is. A frustrating 20minutes going up and down the maze of stairs trying to find basic items. I won’t be going back.

We must have walked in on a bad day, as the service we got was non existent. Due to the lack of interest and interaction with us, my girlfriend and I left without buying anything. Normally the service in these little wine cellars is very intimate, but we felt nothing. Shame really, as they have a broad selection.
