Easy to make an appointment, great location, good (free) parking. Very friendly receptionist and nurse. Detailed advice given by a very friendly and experienced consultant. Fast follow-up to my doctor. Would definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience at my local GP with having blood taken. Four attempt! . Went to the Berkshire clinic dreading it and they were amazing. Lalli got it first time and was so reassuring and professional. Excellent !

Dr Jha was very professional, patient and understanding dealing with my husband. He was always available at times suited to us. His advice was very well presented, we are extremely happy and grateful for a very satisfactory outcome. We would certainly recommend Dr Jha, you will be very well looked after and cared for.

The atmosphere at the clinic was relaxed and friendly. I saw Mr Armstrong who had prepared thoroughly for my appointment. He examined me and explained his conclusions clearly and kindly. I felt that he was very professional. I was encouraged by the positive attitude and atmosphere.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to get general tests done to visit the Berkshire Clinic! I will 100% return if I need to do similar tests in the future!I visited the Berkshire Clinic in March 2023 to have some blood tests and heart assessment done. From the moment I called to ask about appointments to when I got my results I was well taken care of. I was able to get an appointment for three business days after my initial phone call and they conveniently grouped the different tests and doctor consultation for the same day and time, meaning I wouldn't have to make repeat visits. The clinic has ample parking and is close to a train station so getting there is easy. I particularly enjoyed my experience both with the RN who took my bloods and administered my tests and the doctor who read through my results. The blood results were delivered to me by email a week later along with a letter on recommended follow ups.Thank you Berkshire Clinic for your help and service!!

Dr Jha has been brilliant with my mum. He managed to engage her with his kind, honest, and humorous manner and got to the root of the problem straight away.I can’t recommend him enough. I feel lucky to have found him. My mum’s future is definitely brighter now. Thank you so much!

Very informative and helpful telephone conversation with the Consultant but the process leading up to it was not good.I phoned to ask for a telephone conversation with Dr Armstrong as we were still waiting for the results of an MRI scan 6 weeks ago.This was organised swiftly and efficiently but I was told not to worry if the chat was described as a video consultation in the email confirmation. In fact it was described as a face to face meeting in that email. I thought that they did realise it was a phone call as the reception had warned me that it might not be described correctly.However, at the appointed time the call didn't happen. I waited 20 minutes, then called the Clinic and they said Dr Armstrong was held up but would call soon. When he did call he said that for 15 - 20 minutes he had been trying to video call me, as this was the information he had been given!If you hadn't asked for feedback, I would not have contacted you about this, but you did!!

I was very pleased to see Dr Jha - who came out to see my Mum in her home after a nasty fall. We had suspected TIA's and a postural drop but this had been more-or-less dismissed by the GP, and not only did Dr Jha confirm our suspicions, but he gave us a 360 view of what might be going on for Mum and what we should be concentrating on and asking for. Ageing is complex and currently it is difficult to get a face-to-face appointment with a GP which would cover all of the issues going on. I recommend Dr Jha's service; he takes his time and is able to highlight what is important to prolong a good quality of life.
