Went into the premises today and a small man was being extremely rude to an older lady. I was completely ignored as he continued to make smug comments to her on what sounded like a dry clean that at had obviously gone terribly wrong.Baffled how some people have given them a good rating, so can only presume he must be a new employee. Needless to say that I won’t be going back and advise others to do the same.As can be seen from the reply posted, he miraculously came up with the exact date even though I hadn’t mentioned it.So unless this happens on a daily basis (which I suspect it could) he managed to conjure it up even though he mentioned I wasn’t supposed to be there !!Keep away he can’t be trusted

After searching for several furriers to get a throw done, I visited Thalia Furs in Aldgate East who ended up being one of the best furries I have ever dealt with. My Mrs. inherited a few fur coats from her nan and wanted to keep them and use them but wasn't able to wear them as they were too old and bulky. Danny the head furrier recommended that we get all of them fully cleaned and moth proofed before making them into a throw. The end result is simply magic. I later found out that Danny the has done work for high end designers and even the royal family. Top guy!! Love our new throw and thanks for all your help.

Have to write a review because the service, including customer service, is so good. Handed in a worn almost grey - originally black - leather jacked for a clean, polish, colour and small repair. Hus, the owner, called after a few to days to advise I look at the jacket before the last stage, colour, was applied because the jacket looked really good as it was, and I might want to take it home as is. This proved to be the case, just returned home with my black leather jacket - it looks great, like new, and the leather feels good, soft to touch. Have saved some money in the process and very impressed by the work. Thank you!

Derek has done a brilliant job in carefully cleaning a 30 year old white jacket that had some mold spots and some grass stains. It now looks good as new.

Had a custom piece made! a bomber jacket with a thick fur hood raccoon trim. Martin was very helpful. will have them store my furs for the summer months next year. Will send pictures soon!!

Completely disagree with all bad reviews regarding poor customer service. Staff are great, owner is a great person and everyone was friendly. Overpriced? Not really! It’s no better / worse than other services like this. Shop is perfect for an alteration, repairs or to buy furs.If you’re in London, go and visit as you won’t be disappointed!For the reviews whom disagree with the fur industry - animals are killed for food, bread only for food and just killed to protect food. Fur industry is no worse than any of these so don’t like furs? Move on with your life!!!
