Everything arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged.For ordering over £10, we were given a free gift - thank you.I'd have loved to have selected the free gift from a range of choices but you never know, we may find that we love the creamer.

SCAM!!!downloaded the app when they were offering a new service. Since downloading they have charged me 4.99 a month for the last 8 months without my knowledge.There are no contact details or ways to cancel your card in the app.I will be contacting the financial ombudsman immediately.

In short, do yourself a favour and save some time of your life, stay off the site and don’t sign up.I signed up to MealPal because my colleague was hoping to get the promotion rewards, which promised to give him a £25 Amazon Gift Card.Indeed it did not happen, as I can saw it also happened to other users. If you can’t honour your words, maybe don’t put it in your ads.But what frustrates me the most is not the promotion part, but the non transparency of their app and advertisements, with unbelievably tragic customer services, in this case non customer services.Firstly, when I sign up, there was no clear indication of how much I was going to be charged, they made the offer looks like an web ads that actually is the plan you were going to pay, then when you putting your bank details, they call it to verify yourself, but indeed it is to take the money from you, that is almost like phishing! How unethical is it !?It has lost me as a customer by this point already, however I was hoping at least, by signing it up and paid my first plan, my colleague will be able to get his reward (Amazon Gift Card). But no, he received an email says he has not meet all the criteria to get the reward yet. But where is the criteria? It was not written on the referral page in the app, and there was no link to anyway to click in to check the terms and conditions, just saying you refer a friend and if they sign up, you get £25 gift card.By this point I have becoming irritated. I then emailed the customer service for clarification, which now it has been a few days, I have received nothing in response. So there is no Customer Service at all.Now comes to the next, I become more careful with this site, so I went to check their Term of Use, unsurprisingly, as most people will not read, that you will need to pay £4.99 just to get access the platform, which is on top of your meal plan, surely no one will be informed when you sign up for it, unless you really read the terms. How many people do?So I am ready to cancel it, but when i get to the desktop, it will give you the option to cancel or hold. When I chose cancel, it says cancel account! Doesn’t this means I will lose or the meals I have already prepaid and close off the account? I could not find any clarification at all. So I had to wait, put an reminder in my phone, to cancel it after I have used up all my meal. And just for your information, you have to cancel 2 business days before the next circle. Again, you won’t be informed until now.Is this a total scam !!?? So please just save yourself some time of you life and stay away from this site, and me, as it pisses me so much, and I have received no response from their customer service and I have no where to escalate, I am getting the screen shots and evidence and going to filing a case to the Office of Fair trading and Advertising Standards Authority.

I'm extremely pleased after using Meal night multiple times. A very user friendly platform. Reliable and easy to navigate. Friendly customer service too.

Very disorganised and dirty. The lady talks to you as though she is doing you a favour by selling her products to you. It has got a very bad stench and the woman and her husband care more about their local gossip than attending to their customer.

Chefs want the good stuff!Russ provide an 5 star service providing me with fresh and calculated prices according to market and the quality is always excellent. Communication from product description, delivery and provenance is always top notch.

First time I have used it. Took my daughter and youngest Grandaughter. Will definitely use again... Am all for not filling up our landfills.... Absolute bargain prices for usable produce... Well done and deserved admiration for those involved
