Fire damage restoration service

As you can probably imagine, having to sort your house out after water damage is an anxious time. Jane and the team were so, so helpful, reassuring and professional. Once the insurance company gave us the okay, all the elements of the job were completed just as they said they would be. It was a massive relief to be dealing with people who know what they're talking about and do what they say they're going to do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ross and Russel done a professional job installing a natural sandstone patio in my garden in Billericay Essex. They also repaired and renewed my drainage systems, including the installation of lawn drainage. I highly recommend!

Used this company 12 months ago, domestic, to paint outside of the house and repair fascias. The price ended up being a lot more than originally quoted but we accepted it, as the guys on site did a good job overall. So it's a real shame that their office have ignored repeated requests over the last 6 months as paint has flaked off from the front door. Despite being repeatedly told someone would visit and repair, it's obvious now that we're just being fobbed off. Don't expect any after care.

Following a burst pipe at my grans property, she was left with damaged flooring, carpets, furniture and certain aspects of the bathroom.I appointed Aspray to help manage the claim and I have to say, they made the whole process so easy, everything was done for me. They dealt with the insurer and their loss adjuster, the appointed all the workmen and coordinated everything for us. All we had to do was choose what we wanted to replace what was damaged.They communicated everything to us throughout so, we knew exactly what was happening and best of all it was a free service.I highly recommend!

Jay is really friendly and open to discussing all options and price possibilities. Completed a flat roof replacement for my elderly parents within their budget and in a very timely fashion as water was entering the house. Has been professional and efficient and has done a really good job. My folks are delighted, and would happily use again or recommend.

Really helpful and efficient service. A bedroom had to be to totally cleared of clutter and cleaned. Paul went through all items when carrying out disposal and found some watches and other valuable things and checked in case we wanted to keep them. The room was cleared, throughly cleaned and unrecognisable afterwards. I would use the service again for other rooms in future

Fast, accurate, professional, experienced, good communication. They are excellent at what they do and we will use them again. What more could you ask for - except not having a disaster in the first place!

The joiner, decorators and electrician were very professional, experianced and respectful. The work was completed to a high standard and were kept informed on a regular basis by the customer service manager. The work was completed in a timely manner. We would like to thank all the guys for there expertise and help in getting our home back in shape. Would highly recommend.
