Actually I will add another star because the the gentleman who I initially dealt with was helpful. Unprofessional? lets talk about that :) I'm the customer and all i wanted was a decent print on the transfer paper I provided. Instead i got prints of streaked and distorted images. My budget inkjet printer printed them better! The whole point was to have images printed with laser! The conversation then turned to... well its only possible on the dark transfers and not on the light after wasting a load of my transfers. Had this been made clearer to me at that point i would of just told you to print them on your own transfers. If your happy to hand over prints that a clearly distorted and streaked like you did then i would definitely consider who the unprofessional is here. Furthermore, you made NO attempt to help rectify the situation. I don't understand why that would be the case, having read reviews this doesn't seem to be the case. Oh and i was also quoted a completed different price over even though i made it clear what i had wanted. I didn't make a big issue of it and was happy to pay the price quoted when i got there, but I'm sorry, the value and quality a got in return was way below standard. I even gave you a 50p tip, ridiculous. The review remains 100% valid.

I am not happy with what they did for me my child the money before they made my order One of my plates that should have written you on it has a spelling mistake Not the other one for which I paid 35 pounds design even though I took the design to a white sheet it has missed three stars I wished and don't even want them to fix their mistake Not to mention they don't even want to refund half the price I highly do not recommend them They are the worst the worst printing company they said it would be ready on wednesday business hours finishes at 5:30 my 6 delivered it on wednesday at 10:30 to the door at home in the evening at night

The man is sooo rude it’s a joke asked a simple question and he was rude then when I said you don’t need to speak to me like that he hung up the phone. If you don’t like dealing with the public don’t run a shop simple.

This shop was very helpful; I tried to make an online purchase for a product that I think is no longer sold. However, they emailed me useful info that helped me understand what I needed to buy and pointed me towards alternatives. I would love to have a local shop like this!
