Simply fabulous. George and his family have an infectious joy for what they do, and more importantly - what they do is incredible.Outstanding attention to detail and a tremendous ethos of low intensity farming, producing the finest beef and chicken I have ever eaten.Bravo.

Luton Hoo Estate
My daughter (almost 3years old) and i visited Luton Hoo for a leaf farm event & to my surprise the views were so goregous. It really is a lovely day to spend with kids and nature. It grows its own vegetables and the plants. On this particular occassion it had a tractor ride and all the different tractors on display for the public to take pictures of. They catered for the kids with colouring, gardening and bouncy castle. In all was a great day for the kids to enjoy and had a few hot and cold food for the public. On a Wednesday it offers the place for £5 which is worth seeing. It also advertised that it has a coffee shop near by...definitely worth a visit if you have young kids.

Lambert's 'Pick Your Own' Fruit Farm
Brilliant fruit farm with lovely staff! Check their Facebook to see which days they are open as it depends on when ripe fruit is available.

Park Hall The Countryside Experience
Our four year old daughter throughly enjoyed Park Hall. There is plenty to do despite the relative small size compared to other attractions. Soft play areas; sensory areas; outdoor playgrounds; tractor rides; barrel rides and of course, the pig races and other animals to see. The food is reasonable too on prices. If you are looking for a day out at a very reasonable price (just over £40 for two paying adults and a child), I would recommend paying a visit.

Wellgate Community Farm
Honestly, I had no idea that near us is this welcoming small farm. It was amazing to see my kids being allowed to touch the lambs and to feed them. Whoever wants to have a pleasant time can go here. Please, remember to have some coins so you can donate for the farm. Nice people are there, we've met Leslie which is a very reliable person and very fun. We'll be back.
