Buying a bike as a birthday present for my husband was confusing! But David took out all of the uncertainty and by understanding what was important he was able to recommend the right bike. My husband then made use of the fitting service which made a great bike, perfect for him. I highly recommend Tringmotion for your bike needs.

Great place and the very reason you should support local shops. Popped in today with a loose spoke, expecting to have to return and collect later in the week. Nope, they did it there and then. What else can you ask for and the coffee was good too. Thanks guys

I bought my first bike (the one with Spiderman/superman colours) with flat tires and couldn't pump; went to these guys and they fixed it in 2 minutes (for free also!).Furthermore, they arranged my seat so I can be more comfortable. What better service can you ask for ? I highly recommend them

We hired bikes just for one day - 3 adults and a 12 year old - and had a lovely bike ride from Amble to Alnmouth (via Warkworth) and back. It was self- guided as we're local to the North East. The bikes were comfortable, very reasonably priced, good availability, and communication was very easy. I fully recommend Pedal Power and will definitely be hiring from them again in the future.

Went to the shop 2 days in a row (advertised as open 9AM-7PM), was closed both times. Called at 1130AM, guy said he could be there for 1230PM so I agreed to go back at that time. He called me at 1230 saying he had to leave again in 10 mins, I told him I was round the corner which I was, and was there a couple of minutes later, which I was. He came to the door and told me that he didn't have any electric bikes charged, even tho I told him on the phone that's what I was coming for and he said that was ok. So I went there 3 times and never got the bike to hire, terrible service.

Great experience buying from them. Put a bike on hold and my cycle to work took ages.. they held the bike for far longer I was expecting, no trouble. Excellent service. Great communication. Will be my place to go for the next bike.

Elaine & Sarah are very friendly and helpful. They spent time with me, demo'd bike and I felt the advise was good. After sales care will hopefully be as good. I'm looking forward to joining the odd bike ride. Hope business goes from strength to strength.

Neil was friendly and positive on the phone, when I first contacted him. I explained the kind of condition my bike was in and he explained it would be either the basic or the intermediate service. As it turned out, he suggested all it needed was the basic service, so clearly Neil has integrity. He did the bike up a treat...and a day early. I'm very happy and will return with more work for him. Top guy; thoroughly recommended.
