EFTPOS equipment supplier

This company very bad no go there is stealing money we bought epos system 2 full license software unlimited no monthly payment every time no work the system 1 epos hardware he give me somone profile on it I told them take it look is not working there are no bother about both system. Not working when I called the office there no response ask for the owner of the company that I want to pass my details and every time I call Yasir he call you call you never call everytime call different person said it’s not me other guy and the guy said not me other guy every single time when I called office one of the lady working inside she’s not response onetime call after no go there stealing money

Rude on call try to call 10 time around 4 pm on Thursday no answer one time answer and cut call if there was option star in minus I will give minus 10000

A very reliable company whom I have worked with for a number of years. Will always go that bit further for their customers. You know that if they say they are going to do something, it will get done!

We have been using BCG for what seems like forever. I first came across them many years ago while working for a Pubco and found them to be reliable friendly and most of all efficient. When branching out on our own over twenty five years age they were and still are still the go to company for all of our till and back office needs. I can't recommend them highly enough, I have over the years when asked, never hesitated to put their name forward and will continue to do so. You can't go wrong.

Edit in reply to the response:I DID give a valid postcode and you DID find the order, but only after getting annoyed with me for not providing the reference number that you FAILED to email to me. Even after confirming the order was REAL you STILL shot me down for asking a simple question. RUDE responses AFTER you confirmed I was a paying customer. So stick that in your till and bank it!Fairly rude on the phone...I wanted to ask one simple question and was told to go to the site and look. I said that I had been to the site as I didn't want to bother them but couldn't find the answer and the response was a very cutting 'scroll down'. I said I had looked but couldn't see it and got a very short and grumpy reply telling me to 'scroll down and look'.They also kept asking for my receipt number as if I was potentially not a real customer and seemed fairly annoyed I didn't have it. Of course...if it had been emailed to me I may have been able to give it to them...but to this day I didn't receive a confirmation email or any reference by email.I did eventually find the answer on their site...but the site is messy and many of the links don't work. I had spent hundreds of pounds and only needed a little support. I don't work for you and don't know your site so it's not instantly obvious...a little understanding from a customers point of view would go a long way...absolutely no need to be short with me on the phone and no need to talk to me like I'm lazy and stupid!Several more registers needed in the next few months for our next expansion...won't be buying them from this place!

We've worked with these guys for 6 years and they are kindest, calmest, professional suppliers you could meet. They are fantastic at heir jobs, go above and beyond and even work throughout the night! We couldn't have asked to work with nicer people.The systems themselves are great to use with good reporting facilities.I would not hesitate to use again if we were to get a new place.

Response is quick, always able to work something out if having any troubles. Will continue to use!
