Prof Miller is very personable with a great bedside manner and this helped so much in explaining my condition, the proposed treatment and recovery program. When I suffered an unrelated post-op set-back she took time to call me personally - not something that consultants readily do. I never had the feeling of being rushed in consultations with her.Under Prof Miller's expert guidance the surgery seems to have been successful and my recovery is on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Prof Miller.

Good treatment but difficult to have face to face appt for Gp to see physically visable problems. Eg. Broken arm set in wrong place causeing limited mobility.

Super friendly staff! Visited here last year to get our Covid tests done before flying to America and the lady was lovely.

Really recommend this facility. Nurse practitioners are calm, experienced and caring. Had a very nasty accident on tube last week and was dealt with thoroughly and with compassion. Also suggested follow up actions.Even got a follow up call the next morning. That was really nice but also helpful because it provided practical advice for day to day management of pain and stuff like getting washed and dressed.Have used in the past to good effect as well.Complete contrast to dire experience at A&E in another hospital the previous evening which would have meant a five hour wait had I stayed around!

Professional caring staff in a safe environment assisting all age groups to enhance their flexibility and mobility. Do give it a try. I did.

These guys were very professional, helpful and just all round a good service from start to finish. I was a little dubious about using Capital Hair Restoration to begin with because their price was the cheapest I could find in the UK but after several conversations with them over the phone and then a further phone call from the doctor who would be performing the procedure I decided that they were a good company and I booked to have my hair transplant last may. The whole procedure day was very straight forward and took around 7 hours from start to finish, they provided a meal and a drink to suit my dietary requirements at lunch time and throughout the procedure I was able to watch Netflix on their tv.Matt regularly kept in touch after the procedure to make sure I was healing well and he was there to answer any questions I had. Its now been 9 months since I had the hair transplant and I'm over the moon with my results and I would recommend anyone thinking about having the procedure to have it done and to contact Capital Hair Restoration to help get the best results and the best service.

No bus links, and really out of the way, definitely more suited for people who drive. But people with mobility issues will have issues getting to the place without assistance.

Brilliant friendly service. Used this surgery many times. Called at 8.45am seen at 11.30. The Doctor is really good. Throughly recommend.

The staff here have loads of experience and know what they're talking about. I've seen Elise a couple times for injuries in my shoulder and foot. Her disganosis and rehab programmes are very effective. I will definitely be going back.
