Great end to end experience with Stoves and More from the showroom to the survey to the fitting. They have done a fantastic job and we are delighted with the end result. Everyone involved in the process has been so helpful and we thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new stove. The work was completed efficiently and worth every penny.

We'd been toying for a long time with getting our big heavy sofa-bed (full double bed) re-upholstered, when one day we found ourselves walking past the (to us) new and beautifully presented Modarasi shop; a cushion fabric in the window caught our eye, so in we went, - and are so pleased that we did!Roya has been a pleasure to deal with; she went to a great deal of trouble to go through many possibilities of material, patterns and colours and tones, and gave us expert advice on matching these to the needs of our home; she even visited the house (we live locally) with samples to discuss and select.Once we'd made a decision, within 24 hours Roya got us a quote and a time estimate.I was a bit worried about how the really heavy sofa-bed could be got out of our small terrace house, but I needn't have been. Esi arrived with a helper, expertly dismantled and removed the heavy metal folding bed frames and spring mechanisms, and then carefully manoeuvred the sofa out to the waiting van. He did a really top class job of re-upholstery and re-cushioning (including skillful alignment of pattern with sofa contours and cushions); the sofa was back in the house, on time and on budget, within a few weeks; and looking beautiful!Thank you Roya and Esi!We were so pleased with all aspects of the service that we went straight ahead with a couple more jobs:first, an old late Victorian upholstered small low armchair which was very tired and frayed, and whose arms were coming adrift at the joints. With the help of Roya's expert eye and taste, we chose a beautiful fabric, and Esi again did a wonderful job of both the wood frame repair, and the upholstery. (Of course, we could have gone out and bought a new chair, but this chair has such beautiful proportions that we decided it was DEFINITELY worth every penny we spent to restore it).And finally, a 1990s sofa whose foam upholstery cushioning had disintegrated and whose covers had faded and frayed. The sofa is in a high-use open-plan kitchen/living room, so this time (again with the wonderful Roya's help of course) we went for a much more hard-wearing (and cheaper) fabric; a lot of work involved to strip and reupholster from scratch, but the basic timber structure is so good and strong compared to some that it was again worth renovating rather than repairing. Another excellent job by Esi.We cannot recommend Roya and her family business too highly

Really couldn't fault kilncare Ltd. I phoned at 9am I brought my kiln in at about 11.15 and by midday my kiln was repaired and ready to go. Great service very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

What a very poor company this is. Told by staff that if we paid for the wood burner that day work would be done by the end of November. Once paid a couple of weeks later the dates given for the work were at the end of January.Insulting offer of compensation for our inconvenience so have gone for a refund.Avoid this company they are disorganised and they lie to you in order to get your money. Disgraceful service and business practices.

I have just acquired a second hand Kiln which was originally supplied by Essex Kilns. I have had problems with the controller and I cannot thank Lawrence enough for the time he has spent trying to help me sort this out. I would add that as I live in Spain, if Lawrence Had not been so helpful it would have been an absolute nightmare to sort the problem out. We had our new Charnwood stove fitted last week and are very happy with it and the service provided by ‘Stoves & More’. Elaine (showroom point of contact) provided helpful advice together with regular updates and assistance during the time we had to wait for installation. Michael (who also did the initial site visit), together with Andrew & Paddy, worked hard for two days fitting the stove and associated hearth etc and we are really pleased with the result. All debris was taken away, everything was left clean and we were given a full demonstration and good written instructions. The mantel needed to be refitted and as it might have needed replacing, Elaine had ordered a new mantel of our choice ‘in case’ but said we would only be charged if it was required. It was not, but we appreciated their thoroughness. Elaine even registered the stove with the manufacturer for us, so that we have a 10 year guarantee. They are very busy so we had a wait, but it was worth it.
