Amazing views, great experience for everyone whether you go as a couple, with friends or family. You can go one way or have a round trip.Oyster works but if you want a round trip they may you go back out and check in again. So you may want to purchase the ticket from the booth if you just want to stay in the cart for the return journey.

During our vacation in London and Brighton, we wanted to take a gondola ride over the River Thames and see this area almost a hundred meters above the ground. It was really an extraordinary experience, a beautiful view and we had a great time. I recommend.

Loved the view from the top. Experience was much better than London Eye..Fast service and open till late. Also cheaper compared to London eye. You can tap your card as well.

We went just for the tour to enjoy the view. It is an excellent attraction on top of being a very practical way to cross the Thames river in this area.

It’s a nice activity to do if you’re in East London (I recommend going for this as part of a visit to Greenwich - the park, the observatory, the market; you can take the ferry to North Greenwich). You can tap in and out if you want a one way ride or you can buy a ticket for the round trip. Nice views of the city from the top. They give you a personal cabin depending on the number of people in your group.

Booked last minute to get to the O2 and return, we see a queue building so booked the optional fast track option (£50 for 2 people) , when we arrived only one line so asked the guy in the quiosk where the fast track line was, he just pointed to the long queue and said join that, I mentioned again that we had fast track and he wasn't really helpful and just pointed to the queue again. When we got to the ticket barrier QR code was scanned and no mention where to go at the top of the stairs so joined another queue.. we feel the fast track option is pointless as you don't get anywhere faster so save yourself £24 and just book a standard ticket. It does close at 11pm on a Saturday so if your at an event at the O2 don't hang about too long after the event has finished, good points the views are amazing and it's a good way of getting to O2 events if you have some time on your hands

It was a very good experience to take the cable car to O2. There was no waiting time at all and got one car only for ourselves. Oyster cards can be used, and also, any contact less card to pay for the ride. The view is amazing , and flights, landing, and taking off from City Airport can be seen during the ride.

Amazing / scary experience. No queues, paid using contactless.Gorgeous views of London especially O2 and keep an eye out for the London City airport. Would recommend going at night - to see all the lights.I’m scared of heights but glad I did it and would again !

Wonderful experience anytime. Might be scary for first timers but I promise you, it’s a very safe & steady ride. Great view over Thames and nice sight of Greenwich.

A very enjoyable trip across the Thames, £5 if you use oyster or contactless, no need to queue, as ticket gates in operation. Journey takes a few minutes, but is slow, so you can enjoy the view.
