The best experience ever, me and my boyfriend went together as a present for him for the national boyfriend day and it was best, we have never been to any escape rooms before, this was our first time and the game master Cameron was really really helpful, he was so patient with us and also gave some extra time as there was no one after us to make us feel so much better and made our experience as a cherry on the top! Unfortunately we couldn’t escape the Nosferatu room but it was so fun!! We will definitely be back to do more….

It's okay-ish. It's fine if you're there just for a game, but if you want to order something extra - it becomes a problem. It seems that they are understaffed and often experience technical issues - the few times we were there menu items (drinks in jugs or ice cream) were unavailable or waiting times were high.

Grumpy guy selling ice-cream, looked like he was upset that I was asking for something 2.20 for 99 tubs on sign behind him.Gave £5 for two but he insisted he didn’t have to give change.Didn’t argue the case because it’s only 60p but not a nice experience on an otherwise lovely night on the seafront.

Need more decent 10p play machines

Clean friendly atmosphere, has various places to visit can be a great place for children

I felt very unwelcome here. This is not somewhere I would recommend as a new visitor! I entered these premises with the intention to play on the larger stake machines with the bigger jackpots. I guessed that these were sited in the separate room within the main arcade, marked VIP area". When I went to walk in that area an employee stopped me very abruptly. "VIPs only in there". I smiled then replied in my usual cheery but polite manner "Am I not a VIP?". All I got from her was "Absolutely not". So that was that really. A bit of an awkward moment came and then I just left. I am not sure what you need to be a VIP in there."

This Arcade looks Amazing look how many bad reviews it has.Oh dear Oh dear John not doing very well with Customers it appears.

There is good entertainment inside for your typical British seaside holiday with different arcade games. However the area and the pier itself needs a refurbish. The facilities are old and run down, I did not like walking on the pier and swiftly exited because I felt uneasy on it due to the state of the buildings surrounding it. The toilets inside the pier definitely need improving as the toilet seats are all old and discoloured, plus you have to pay 20p to get inside them. Reckon they need to put that money towards doing them up.

Warm friendly atmosphere. Nice clean place. Staff are friendly and helpful.
