Bouncers very aggressive pressing charges against assault

Me and my fella were served by a lovely girl called Verity, who very kindly offered to make me a non-alcoholic version of my favourite cocktail, Amaretto Sour… and she smashed it. It was perfect. Fab atmosphere, gorgeous interior & amazing service. Thank you!

Sunday lunch with family.Food reasonable (medium)Large portions which is not my thing but if that’s what your into .……..Dry with virtually no gravy! We asked for a little more gravy please as really was not even enough to cover plate.Bill came and could not believe charged a service charge (slightly cheeky) BUT. £10 for extra gravy. Really !!!!This is the pics of how much gravy was served. Is this just me or is this the amount of gravy you would like on a Sunday lunch ???

This place has everything you could want in a bar, from a fantastic drink selection to an amazing atmosphere.But the real standout feature of this bar is the DJ. He knows how to read the crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. The music selection was top-notch, with a perfect mix of old classics and new hits that had everyone singing along.The staff at Kona Kai were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The service was fast and efficient, with bartenders who really know their craft and could whip up any drink I could think of.Overall, my visit to Kona Kai was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to come back again. If you're looking for a place to enjoy great drinks, amazing music, and a fun atmosphere, then this is the place to be!

Friendly welcoming staff, clean bar and facilities and a great range of drinks (including alcohol free).Andy is an amazing events manager and nothing is too much trouble.Disabled friendly and easy to get around in a wheelchair.The kids events especially are something to experience...... my little niece and nephew were blown away with Trolls.Not just a “nightclub”, it’s part of the community.

Service very fast. Cocktails 2 for £10. Food not served here. Music was blasting a bit over the top for the time of day and how few were in there. Drinks nice and strong.

Staff were accommodating and professional. Atmosphere was nice and the drinks were very good considering location and what you get.The downside however was the food. Lamb chops were lovely but the prawns were black and chewy, sauce used for chicken wings tasted off and ribs were very chewy.I wouldn't recommend the food here for a night or evening out, but if you fancy going to a place with good vibes, music and drinks then this would be a good pick. I guess eat beforehand or just order some chips. I wish I did!

My favourite venue of them all! Where to begin? Top quality cocktails using only the best premium products. Wide variety of wines, beers and spirits for all tastes. Full disabled access. Main bar also has air con so you can have a comfortable night out. Bar staff are quick and efficient. DJ plays all the best songs and they have it rocking every single weekend. Outdoor seating area has a lovely atmosphere too.I’ve also attended several parties in the upstairs function suite and loved it so much that I booked it for my own 21st. Andy and the team made sure we all had an incredible night to remember and the function suite itself is second to none with private bar and toilets as well - also handy having free car park behind the venue too. We will definitely book again.11/10 from me

would leave no stars if i could.the most rudest & childish staff i have ever encountered, laughing about a girl who had just been attacked by 2 other people & bouncers who can’t even do their job right.
