This was my first time ordering from these guys and I can confidently say that I would buy from them again.I had been searching for a Vanilla Orchid in the UK for some time but was unsuccessful, so I was excited to see full variegated plants for sale on the Elite Orchids website. Unfortunately there was a bit of a delay in the shipping. But after contacting Mark (who responded promptly), he very kindly upgraded my purchase to a larger plant and even threw in a little corm as a freebee.It is clear that Mark takes customer satisfaction very seriously and also keeps his plants very well maintained. The orchid I received was both larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggested (its a beast!), and was a very healthy looking specimen.Overall I am delighted both with the purchase and the customer service, and would absolutely buy from Elite Orchids in the future.

A very difficult website to use. I think you must be losing business because of it. I have just placed an order and realised that I failed to ask for a from" card to be included but it is impossible to get my query to you as no phone contact is possible."

Absolutely recommend this orchid shop. Have a great selection of Bulbophyllums by the way. They send pictures of your plants before. Ordered from Germany. All plants arrived in best shape. Contact them via mail if you don‘t live in GB.

Excellent customer service. I asked for advice before placing my order and recieved a response within a matter of hours. The plants arrived very quickly and were packed very safely. The delivery driver had not read the 'keep this way up, live plants' text on the box and handed it to me upside down. This hadn't mattered because the plants had obviously had a lot of time and care being wrapped in newspaper and padding to keep them secure and moist. Fantastic company.
