Hearing aid repair service

I tried to ignore my deteriorating hearing; I had always been so proud of my sharp senses. Finally my son-in-law, who has been looked after by Ian for more than 20 years, persuaded me to have a test. How I wish I had done it sooner! Ian was so understanding and explained exactly what I needed. My hearing aids are now a vital part of my life. No more teasing from the family because I have misunderstood a comment, no more failing to follow the grandchildren's parts on stage, no more missed jokes, no more subtitles! Everyone in the West Bridgford practice is so helpful and welcoming; my follow-ups have been excellent, useful and informative but also a chance to catch up on news and gossip.. Thank you Rita, Jane, Louise and Ian. I feel totally part of the Arnold Hearing family!

I met Robert when I asked for his help to try improve my mothers hearing. My mother suffers from dementia so this was not an easy task. Robert tackled this request with enthusiasm, professionalism and treated my mother with the upmost care and respect during this process. I second that Robert is interested in getting only the best outcome he can for the client. Sadly following a trial of equipment, it was decided that she would not benefit. Even so, Robert still took the time to clean, advise and improve the aid already in place. He is a real gentleman and offers true unbiased advise and a genuine no obligation opinion. I would highly recommend him.

I've been to Scrivens over the last 2 years and been on Dreamvision, the lenses you wear overnight so you can see in the day. The staff couldnt have been any more helpful and are always very friendly.

Overall the session went very well and was effective. I initially had a slight problem with Jittu’a accent but that disappeared after a short while. Jittu was good in explaining the results of the test and the operation of the sophisticated hearing aids. Good session and thanks.

I am so pleased that I chose to visit Linklaters in Chislehurst. I have a complex prescription and the eye test was very thorough and Jasmine took the time to explain everything to me. It was refreshing to feel like a client as opposed to a number, which you do in many of the large chains. I also signed up to the Vision Plan so this will be my optician of choice going forward. Thanks again and I will be back to get my glasses.

Excellent service. Premises are clean and welcoming. Staff were very professional and took the time to listen to customer needs before explaining procedure in great detail. Absolutely brilliant experience with Matthew today. Went in completely deaf in one ear, came out 20 minutes later with my hearing completely restored. Highly recommend and an amazingly affordable price too.

I was concerned that, despite wearing my hearing aids, I was still unable to join in with conversations involving 4 or more people. My hearing was thoroughly tested by Rob, and my instruments were reprogrammed by him. My hearing is transformed. My visit was a huge success, and I can fully recommend Rob Shepheard.

Excellent service from a very personable young man. Rahim was gentle and understood my reluctance to have an instrument in my ear. It was totally painless and he found nothing to worry about at all. Always a bonus! A few weeks ago he cleaned out my son’s ear, which had an enormous wax build up, and my son reported a similarly very pleasant experience. Excellent. Well done, and thank you.
