Nice range of items at the usual low Lidl prices, I'd say it's a medium sized Lidl by Manchester standards, the self checkout staff are a little rude at times, but other than that the shop is fine

Blonde lady called Gemma on the till was incredibly rude and shouted at a polite old lady.

Some members of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Customer service training is highly recommended.I would love to share my experience with some members of the senior staff.

Good range of product found nowhere else. Plus 90 mins free parking.

Same basic long life fare as the usual discount outlets but with added frozen section. Clean, bright and brand new but nothing new to see

It's a good shop for bargains. The only let down is the staff and managers talking on their headsets to each other all the time. Even when they are serving you. Some of the staff are amazing, others their customer service is a little to be desired.

Good morningUnfortunately I had an incident this morning in your Crowborough store and have experienced a very poor level of customer service from a staff member in store. I shop in store every morning on my way to work in a Uckfield. I have been witness many times to this employees rudeness to other customers (just last week I was in store when she made an elderly female customer cry) but this morning their rudeness was directed at me.The incident happened just after 8am this morning while I was waiting to pay at the till. There were no tills with a green light so I was waiting to see which till would be open. I was then shouted at in an aggressive way ‘Why don't you come here?!’ When I explained that her till was showing a red light she became angry and said that she wouldn’t serve me. I could not understand the level of aggression. I work in a customer facing role and would never speak to a customer in that way. As I previously said I have been witness to her dealing with other customers very poorly in the past. It is not acceptable. I believe her name is Kerana.I would be grateful if you could arrange for this employee to receive a refresher course in her customer service training and would like to receive a response regarding the incident this morning.
