A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

Terrible Delivery and Customer Service!I waited home all day for my parcel, only to receive an email saying I'd been missed. Was I supposed to wait outside my house for the driver to arrive? How would I know without a notification (call or text)? The tracking was also not updated.Also, the customer service rep, so rigid and not willing to see my point of view - provided one of the WORST customer services I've ever come across.Yodel lacks a proper operating system - the fact that you claim not to have your drivers' contacts is a terrible gap in operation if that is true.
