Concrete metal framework supplier

Great service from the lads, turned up on time and kept the site nice and tidy as they worked. Definitely would recommend and will be using their services again!

Purchased floor screed and C35 readymix for foundations, both mixtures extremely weak, had to take out and lay fresh screed again at considerable expense. Unhelpful addressing genuine complaints. Their advice is to check concrete at time of delivery, really... how do you test wet concrete for strength? Can't be bothered pursuing in small claims court but will never use again

Sadly a recent video has shown the employees of this site to be bullies and aggressive to the general public should they be outside on the street. Not the best showing lads. Remember, you must NOT harass members of the public on a public street when they are doing nothing wrong. No matter how much you don't like it. I don't like rap music but i don't harass anyone i see or hear listening to it.Do better.

I wasn't sure which company to use for concrete but I was recommended Ready Mix specialists and can honestly say the service and concrete I received was excellent. I will definitely recommend this company to other people. Thankyou

We used this company to order concrete for a summerhouse. We know little about concrete and foundations so were relying on the expertise and helpfulness of their staff. My partner asked if the concrete was pumped in and he was told no. “They wheelbarrowed it in”. However when they arrived they said they had no wheelbarrow! Consequently my partner had to rush out and spend £46 on a wheelbarrow and the driver said “we could have supplied a wheelbarrow!” I was upset at being £46 out of pocket bcos I felt the staff should have better explained the delivery process. Being told they wheelbarrowed it in is misleading in my opinion. To me that sounds like they supply a wheelbarrow. When I told the boss that I was unhappy with the service and also the fact that we had ordered it for 3pm but bcos of the “misunderstanding” we had to pay our builder to wait another 2 ...almost 3 hours and I would said that I would be explaining the situation in my review. The boss told me that if I was going to leave a bad review then they wouldn’t be delivering my concrete and I would have to wait for weeks to get another company to deliver it. They basically told me if I planned on leaving a bad review then they wouldn’t deliver the concrete! In my opinion that’s an absolute disgrace and a poor excuse for customer service. Also, I am not an unfair or mean person. I don’t leave “bad” reviews for no reason. I believe my review is honest and fair.

Friendly, helpful staff who offer a prompt efficient service. Products of a high quality. Would highly recommend. Mark
