Really not good ,no heating,very cold.Dirty towels, broken toilet door,other peoples clothes on the floor,dirty wet wipes left on ,,, its really worth spending the extra 10 15 quid to go somewhere clean and warm. Disasapointing.

We went for the sleigh bar to take in some of the festivities, the bar closed early but that might be because the weather was terrible Saturday night so it might have been a health & safety matter, it always looks great with the Christmas lights
