Use this vue as its cleaner and closer than the others. I have free cinema tickets from my bank and tgey still treat you like a full paying customer. Friendly staff nothing is too much of an effort for tgem.

I was on openhimer in the screen no. 3.It was too hot after 2 hours of watching with full sits occupied.Dors to the hall was open all movie, and blue light was visible on screen with irritate a lot...If you have knee problems, you will have a problem too. It's hard to straighten the legs because sits are so close.I can't recommend this cinema.I will choose for the next time, for example, Odeon at Glasgow Quay instead.Regards

Went to the cinema yesterday visually and audibly lovely, only issue was the seats. I'm not exactly big but the seats were too narrow for me. This was cinema 1 so not sure what cinema 2 is like. The cupholders were pushing into my legs and the seats are narrow. I couldn't sit in there for very long and wouldn't want to go back again because of this. Anyone slightly bigger than me would struggle to sit here and because of this I'm unable to bring my partner here.

It’s such a nice new space that they’ve built. The facilities are great and kept clean, the staff are really nice and each show room has comfortable seats with great lighting.

Specific auditorium for the luxury seating with high quality sound. Seats are comfy and recline a long way, very quiet operation too. Room is overly air conditioned though, you'll need to wrap up for longer films

We've been in Birmingham resorts World for an event this week, we've found it to be absolutely fantastic. A really lovely location, with few eating places, and shops if the desire takes. The arena is really good, not whopping big but just right to feel close enough to the entertainment in any seat ... definitely would return here. Will check out future events so can come back for sure!!

Very nice cinema comfy seats very clean and modern. Way better than odeon

Took our son for Mini Mornings Saturday screening. Disappointingly… over thirty minutes of adverts at a child’s screening! It defeats the object of having one for toddlers if it’s much the same as any other screening. He lost interest during the actual showing and we had to leave early. We won’t return for this. Other cinemas offer screenings with very few adverts meaning little minds can focus on the right things. Very disappointing indeed.The one star is for comfortable seating.

We want to thank you all for helping make our wedding day so special.The venue looked magical, the sound and film screening were fantastic and the meal was delicious from start to finish. (There really were a huge number of compliments about the food!!)Staff were so friendly and helpful to all guests and this was mentioned a lot too.We just had a really great time, felt comfortable and looked after. It all ran smoothly and it meant we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.Although it was put together in a short space of time, it all worked out brilliantly. We are so glad we chose The Hub over other venues that were also available.So a massive thank you to everyone there because we know there were many people involved in making it the success it was. We are hugely grateful.

I love coming to Cineworld with my elderly Mother in the afternoon during the week. She sees this as a real treat. The Cinema ia always spotlessly clean and the seats have been refurbished recently in orange leather. They recline too and we enjoy taking in a coffee from Starbucks. The tickets are greatly reduced at this time and we have the studio vertually to ourselves. This is a great way to enjoy an afternoon in a fabulous venue. The 4D experience is also worth a try if you have not experienced it before.
