Worst branch ever. Bought a sofa, checked 3 times that they would bring it up to 2nd floor, which they said they would. When the delivery men showed up they said they don't do stairs. Attempted to bring the sofa up the stairs myself, which didn't fit therefore I had to re arrange collection. When I tried to explain that their driver refused to bring it up , they basically called me a liar and told me that the driver said the lift was broken.. what a total joke since I live in a house. They obviously charged my twice as well for the poor service and when I complained to their head office, they said they would invest on some training! I want my money back , don't care about your training! Get some more competent staff who understands customer service!

I will never come back here ever, I recommend people to go there just for Prayer because Masjid is house of Allah and its open for everyone. But don’t go there for iftar because you will be treated very bad… May ALLAH forgive our all sins…Aameen
