I made an order today and was charged £7.49 which is shipping cost to the highlands . After i paid this i was then contacted and told I had to pay another £8.98 because I was not on the mainland, I had customers so just paid until they left. I then checked there shipping page and read thisDPD Our UK Courier Service Is Next Working Day from the date of despatch (Monday to Friday) Delivery. This may be a 2 day service for Northern Ireland & Highlands & Islands.Delivery cost - £7.49 plus VAT per order up to 15kg - for orders above this weight a surcharge may be applied.My parcel weighed no where near 15kg as it was 14 balloons . I contacted Go International and found them to of no help at all and if I did asked for the £8.98 back as I did not have to pay this and spoke to a manager who was very condescending and very rude . I think if anyone had any problems with this company yoou would not get a satisfactory result. I would avoid

I have used this company for a while now and they are great. Website is brilliant, they have so much choice and ordering is so easy. Every delivery I've had is so quick, always comes the next day and they have saved me numerous times when I've needed something quickly. If there is ever an issue with something I've ordered, they call straight away and sort it out for me, they are friendly and helpful and their service is excellent, I can't fault it at all. I also called one time after I'd placed the order and asked if I could come and collect from them directly which they sorted out for me. Thank you so much!

When you are splitting orders over few deliveries, please attach paperwork only relevant to the current shipment and not all the paperwork from previous deliveries. Thanks

Visited today to have a screen protector out on my new phone. The young man advised me on the different protectors on offer and demonstrated what they looked like on a phone. Protector was put on in minutes and is very high quality. The guy who put it on was so helpful and polite and we will be visiting again for help with other phones in the family.

Screen protector lasts about a month, had a line through it when purchased and never disappeared. I wouldn't buy a cheap overpriced screen protector from this place. They are a few quid on Amazon. They may have been good once but absolute garbage these days. They try and sweet talk you into unnecessary cheap items. Don't fall for it as it's all targeted sales.
