Good layout well presented and as good choice if not better than such as Sainsburys.There's even Parking. Rapidly becoming unavailable ever since EDC introduced so many kerb poles for so few cyclist. Only lacks is a parcel return point for Amazon, UPS or Hermes ect.

Wortley Post Office and General Stores is run by a really nice couple and has a good range of products available apart from the Post Office side of the business.Bottle of wine or a beer for the evening? A nice bit of cake? A magazine or postcard... This place could save you a supermarket run if you're in the area. They even do firewood and kindling.Bike hire or repairs? This is the place!!We popped in a couple of times while staying in the area for a few days. The first time for local postcards to send to our grandchildren in the States and the second for some supplies & goodies. We ended up having quite a chat.Did I say they also run the B&B next door? Well, they do!! Well worth calling in. They have far more than you'd expect and we all need to support our village shops, don't we??

Sorry ladies couldnt find a testimonial page on your website, hope this gets picked up as you must get commended for your excellent customer service. Vicky and Michelle at Natwest Bolton were excellent in going out of their way and ensuring my Chaps payment went through on time. I got asked as I entered the Natwest Bolton branch what my nature of business was and as soon as they realised I was cutting it fine with the que and length of time I would have to wait they decided amongst themselves selves that they would assist me immediately to ensure my Chaps payment would be made before the cut off time. That is excellent and gives me faith that excellent customer service still exist. Well done to both of you. A satisfied customer.

Very saddened to see on my first visit for a year to buy some food that 2 customers in the shop were not wearing masks. I pointed this out to the chap stacking shelves and was told they dont enforce it. Is this correct ?

Ordered this kettle in the sale for £13.00 day before it was due to be collected from the. Store got an email saying order could not be for filled due to being out of stock yet when I went onto website surprise surprise kettle was still available from the same store,only difference they had put price back up to £20.00 which is full price.this is not good practice and I will be putting this review on all social media platforms and review sites just to let everyone know what your doing.absolute disgrace.

Terrible customer service by Marlon (lady at customer service with no name badge on). Instead of taking feedback respectfully given to be passed on to her team, she preferred to preach to the customers about how the team should be working instead. What a waste of my time and energy!

it's 1pm. there are 8 people in a queue and only one cashier serving. the customer service girl is trying her best buy it would be better suited if she was behind the counter. I'm appalled at the service of this bank and when my current business here us finished shall take my banking elsewhere.the customer service in this bank is DISGUSTING AND the guy cashier is beyond rude. it's truly amazing in this day and age!!!

Do not use car wash here cause a lot of damage to my car. When I raised the complaint was told that you entre the car wash at your own risk.Couldn't even get anyone to look at damage.Just seen reply BP. Can't see the point of contacting your customers service again as they were clearly not interested in completing an investigation they first time I contacted them.Just another case of the big company damaging a small business without a thought. As a driving instructor the damage as directly damaged my business.That fact that I was a regular customer has been completely dismissed

Sarcasm for no reason whatsoever when in there sorting out an error that was theirs not mine. Seriously thinking of closing my account and that of my parents. All we get from that branch and Lloyds in general is trouble.

Barely any stock, no idea how much the petrol was as there was no sign to show the prices, also asked if the car wash was going to be back up and running and staff member didn’t have a clue! a long way to come before I’d be wasting my time here again, I wouldn’t have opened before you got things straight
