Impact MMA
Impact MMA is a brilliant gym, my son goes to the junior classes and loves them. They offer a huge variety from MMA, boxing, muay Thai, submission grappling and strength and conditioning, as well as lots of open mats and gym sessions and even sports massage and 1-2-1 coaching. The coaches are all brilliant with the kids and everyone is super welcoming. It's a brilliant atmosphere very fun and vibrant, my son loves it so much he trains seven days a week now. The different memberships available means there is something for every budget and it's definitely well worth the money. There's also comfy seating for parents to sit and watch. Highly recommend impact MMA.

Left Hook Boxing Gym
Went to this gym for the first time a couple of years ago as a beginner - i'm not a natural boxer by any means but was welcomed by staff and members alike. I've managed to pick a few skills up along the way as well as losing a stone or two. I have always been made to feel welcome and i still go here regularly despite now living out of london. I've met some great people along the way from all different walks of life and of all nationalities. A real bonus is there's no snobbery at this gym - there's some very talented young boxers who are always happy to give us oldies some tips and pointers at where we're going wrong . The recipe is just right at the Left Hook and i have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
