NorthCoast Customs have done a great job, every time I have used them. They picked the bike up and returned it for a sensible price, got the work done sooner than expected and kept the price down. Needed unexpected work done and they let me know beforehand and they repared the fault (new seals), rather than buying an entire new part. Happy with them every time they have worked on the bike.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Honda VFR800, dead clocks, dead digital readout, no lights..... Within 30 minutes the fault was found and fixed, I am grinning like a Cheshire cat, my baby lives to fight another day, brilliant service, immaculately tidy self contained van, really nice, knowledgeable chap, would I use again and recommend..... Definitely.

Very happy with my service at BMW Motorrad Grimsby. The service was not expensive, the customer service was excellent and the video of my service was very helpful and informative. Over the years I've had brilliant service from Bolton Motorcycles and would strongly recommend them to anyone. I've just recently purchased my second bike from them, Bob as ever was great with the sales order process, keeping me fully updated whilst I waited for my bike to come from the factory. Then on the day the bike landed at the dealership, they prioritised it through the workshop and it was delivered to me the same day. Outstanding service as ever, no doubt I'll be back for another bike at some point. Keep up the great work.

I recently picked up an M135i from this garage. Lewis, the salesman whom I dealt with, was very approachable and informative. He was not pushy in the slightest which made the process nice and laid back. I will definitely be doing business with him again in the future when I decide I need an upgrade, 10/10 service.

I bought I new 1250 gsa from steve knight in November 2020. not only did I get a fantastic deal I also got fantastic service from steve and the team at Lloyd's. I would 100% recommend these guys.there after sales is second to none. I've rang my local dealer for some advice and they couldn't be bothered to give any also they dont return phone calls. so I've rang steve at lloyd who bent over backwards to help in every way he can. Lloyds is 2.5 hours from where I live but I will be using these guy more than my local dealer. thanks again steve and keep up the good work .

A little late writing this review. But I brought a BMW GS1200 from a local dealer and something didn’t seem right from the start.So naturally I booked this in with BMW Tunbridge. There was a little wait before I can get the bike seen to. But what can I say.From the time I booked this in, arrived. They gave me a top of the range courtesy bike, very welcoming and throughout the whole process, Carly kept me informed of the progress. There’s was a few bits which needed doing and I was correct there wasn’t something right.But the mechanic knew the bike inside and out and very professional. Very detailed on the inspection, service and was just fantastic.Upon picking the bike up, it had also been given a clean.I will defiantly be booking the bike in here again and moving forward my next bike will be from this showroom.I can’t stress to you enough how thankful I am for looking after me and the bike.

Bought my GSA a few weeks ago from sycamore. Was a bit worried about not seeing it as I am 280 miles away. But to be fair what a fantastic experience bike was as advertised. Dealt with Mike a complete professional and the Sevice was fantastic. Also Dan was top class. 10/10 guys

Great service as usual, we only take our BMW to Gilberts and so far we've never had any issues. They've always been good to explain to me on the phone what needs to be done based on description of issue and it takes as stated time to repair, if not shorter. They've worked on a variety of issues, whether maintenance or actual mechanical problems, highly value their expertise!
