We couldn't make the dates of the classes so Tracy was flexible in helping us to arrange private sessions. The sessions were very helpful as I was very worried about giving birth beforehand and I went into it all much more confident. Tracy delivers the content in a way that is easy to understand and made us feel very able to ask questions. We had a very concerning experience at the hospital (I was nearly sent for an induction I didn't need twice as my notes were not read properly) and I honestly believe that the classes with Tracy helped my partner and I to effectively challenge what we were being told to make sure we ended up with the right outcome. Tracy helped us to understand my birth rights which meant we could push to get the birth I wanted. I wasn't sure at the start if I would be into hypnobirthing, but listening to the tracks provided as part of our course was helpful and this helped to keep me calm on the way to the hospital when I was in a lot of pain. Tracy was very helpful and I would recommend her courses to anyone preparing for a baby. Thank you Tracy :)

After finding out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to do everything I could to educate and equip myself with the fundamental skills that would help me during child birth. Thank goodness we picked Jess! Not only did we learn a great deal about birth and labour, but also about ourselves. Jess made my partner and I feel valued and answered all our questions before, during and after every session. Jess made the uncertain and daunting experience ahead seem manageable and exciting. Without the breathing techniques that we learnt from Jess’ hypnobirthing course I honestly wouldn’t have coped. Breathing and focusing during the contractions and pain was a real life saver! My birth was tough but positive, thanks to the techniques we learnt. Thank you for changing the way I view labour and birth and giving it a positive light☺️

I got in touch with Sara post birth during lockdown, we didn't have family in the area and I was feeling quite isolated. Sara ended up supporting me for a couple of months post-natal during what were some tough months for me and she really was my lifeline. She has an incredibly calm and gentle manner, is always ready to listen and went over and above what I had expected from a doula. I felt she was very intuitive and adapted to whatever my needs and wishes were, often taking the initiative to help with things around the house and being a voice of reassurance when I doubted myself. She also happens to be a fantastic cook!It really made such a difference to me to have Sara visit each week and to know that there would be someone to chat to, help out and also make sure I was nourished! When you are beyond exhausted it is just wonderful to have someone who is looking out for your needs during that time, which often get forgotten in the chaos of a new baby.I would recommend Sara to any new mother, she is a wonderful support. Loved Hayley's classes! I attended both Daisy Tinies and Wrigglers with my son. My son learned so much - music, textures, yoga, movement - he was always mesmerized by Hayley and her enthusiasm! Importantly for me, and my well-being, it was a weekly fun and welcoming space that made all the difference in those first few months of motherhood. Thanks Hayley xx

Ellen came highly recommended and I couldn’t agree more! Just a few weeks before due date with my second child I decided to capsulate the placenta and Ellen was super quick and helpful, she answered all my questions and it was such a smooth process from our first conversation. I gave birth at Oasis birth centre at PRUH, London in November 2022 and Ellen even made an in-person 2am pick up of the placenta from the hospital as there were some delays with the courier pick up. She really goes above and beyond and the capsules were all I could hope for - I am sure they were a big contributor to the postpartum recovery going a lot quicker than after my first birth. Couldn’t recommend Ellen and her products highly enough!

I attended one of Pooja’s mini massage courses and it was and is by far the best thing I’ve done with my son! He’s currently 5 months and we’ve been to various groups, this one however just felt so right from the get go.It was such a warm, welcoming & genuine environment. Most of the ladies knew each other already due to attending some of Pooja’s other courses, but I did not feel at all excluded or awkward. Everyone was so lovely and I’m absolutely gutted it has come to an end. The mini massage course is something that has helped me blossom & become more confident as a mother. It is a course and experience that I will cherish forever. Pooja has a very special place in our hearts as she has given me and us as a family some wonderful advice and techniques. We are already looking at her other courses she has available, we are not ready to say goodbye!If you are unsure about whether to take part in any of Pooja’s courses, just book it! You will not regret it!

Wow ! Miri is the most wonderful doola and amazing hypnobirthing coach . We had just the most marvellous experience with her.My wife and daughter and I will be forever indebted for her services and guidance. Miri is now apart of our family :) I could not recommend her any higher !

Great experience with the service and actual product. I ordered capsules and I started taking them right after my birth. I had a cesarean and wanted to give myself the best chance of recovering quickly to be able to take care of my baby. I felt fantastic after taking them. Had no mood swings, no blue days, had tons of energy and most importantly I recovered in a week. I was driving by week 2 and now I can barely see the scar.Communication with Amanda and her helpfulness was fantastic. Super quick service. Had my pills the day I came out of the hospitalAdditionally I ordered the cream for mothers and I love it. It makes my skin really soft

Myself & my partner recently did the hypnobirthing course with Pooja. The course was excellent from start to finish & equipped us with the knowledge to make informed decisions about how we would like to birth our baby. We feel empowered & that’s all down to Pooja! We would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to practice hypnobirthing and preparing for the birth of your baby more generally!
