I chose Clare from Yell because she was one of the only Interior Designers that had a logo made and displayed.I was not disappointed. Clare took on two large projects simultaneously. She designed and managed the refurbishment of both of my veterinary premises in Derby and Allestree.Clare is extremely dedicated, hard working and repeatedly goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent results. This week Mark and a colleague completed the transformatiin of our bathroom.He first outlined what was needed,gave advice and presented a precise and detailed quotation.Over three days,our old bath and tiles were removed,the wall prepared,and new tiling put in place,together with a walk in shower cubicle, We are delighted.Always arriving on time,competent and courteous.We would recommend him to anyone considering changes they wish to make..

I recently used Clerwood to install a new bathroom and from the moment I stepped into the showroom the service was excellent. I first met David who designed the baths. His patience was superb. The men who installed it (the two Colins) were excellent tradesmen. Even down to the office staff the service was extremely friendly and professional.

We had bifold doors fitted, however due to Executive Windows our build was held up by 3 months leaving us with plywood doors during this time. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Every day was a lie.We ended up going to their offices in person to confront the owner, who blatantly lied to our faces about the delivery and fitting date, again ….Asking for our money back seemed to the trick and we finally got our window and doors.We would never recommend this company and even to this day are still having issues with the quality and repairs.
