Balloon ride tour agency

Booking the ride was super easy and communication with them about the tickets was easy as well, since I was traveling from overseas (hello from North Dakota!) and wanted to be able to transfer my ticket to someone else should weather not work out for the date booked.Our pilot was super friendly, as were the other staff involved with setting up and giving us rides back to our take off point.The views were amazing, weather was perfect! Taking off felt so cool and so was the landing. We enjoyed the drinks at the end of the flight and chatting with all those involved in making such an amazing experience happen.Absolutely recommend booking a flight with Bailey Balloons!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! For a brilliant hotel chain to put their name to this is a terrible marketing decision. The staff of the balloon experience are rude, they don’t reply to emails ever, trying to get a hold of somebody over the telephone is impossible, and when you do and you ask to speak to a manager there supposedly isn’t a manager. For anyone thinking of purchasing this, DON’T! Save your money and do something else. They don’t take into account that people are travelling from all over the country to try and get on this, so when they cancel numerous times with minimal pre-warning, they don’t even apologise for the inconvenience.

We had an amazing morning with Aerosaurus Hot Air Balloons taking in the beautiful scenery around Bristol.We had originally booked in to fly in May but that was unfortunately cancelled due to foggy weather (this risk was well communicated on the website and in all communications we had since booking) but rebooking was easy and we finally got to fly on our second attempt in June.The day was well organised, it was great to take part in the fight preparations before take off" and we really enjoyed the flight... not to mention the champagne at the end of the ride.Truly a once in a lifetime experience and would highly recommend Aerosaurus Balloons. Thanks so much for the fantastic day!"

Brilliant experience having a private flight over Bristol. Top quality service from the booking team who were quick to reschedule when the weather let us down. Would thoroughly recommend as a special experience.

Absolutely brilliant. We had to wait a long time for the right day, but what a flight! John and the crew were very professional, and we couldn't have wished for a better evening or nicer scenery.

So after getting this in xmas2018 .countless cancellations. And countless money spent on weekends away and hotel rooms .(hubbies fault for booking so far away lol) today I had my flight .I have to say it was worth the persistent of not giving up. The crew was friendly and the pilot very good .no bumpy landing and champagne to finish .the views we're spectacular. It exceeded every dream I ever had about doing this .

An incredible experience with FAB. Flying out of Bath and into beautiful Cotswold countryside all around us is something to remember. The whole team were relaxed and friendly and the whole experience had a very personable touch. 5 stars all around
