I found the service with Navillus excellent. Despite the added complications of having a national lock down half way through our ordering process, with the help, advice and patience given from Tamara, I was able to get my clothing order completed and delivered very promptly. I will definitely order with them again and would certainly recommend Navillus.

River Island
Never been in this river island before. Looked nice and was fairly well presented but saw no members of staff on the floor offering any help. 2 members of staff were talking when I approached the changing rooms and they finished they conversation first then directed me to a room. Overall very nice river island

Shocking, disgusting and outrageous service. Left my bag on a train. Tracked in to Manchester Piccadilly. Paid for a ticket to collect it, was then charged a £20 release fee for ‘overnight storage’. Had no choice other than it being taken there. Station, company and avanti should be ashamed, basically theft during a cost of living crises. Would give minus stars if I could

The person was extremely heplfull and polite to pick shoes and finding the right size. 4 stars for adding treatment product into purchase without asking whether I want it or no. Sorry, but after advising on treatment products it would be great to ask whether I want it to be added to purchase rather than add it straight away.

They were not wrong, he has done the most amazing restoration and my handbag looks brand-new. I’m so very happy and I would highly recommend him.
