They have been very helpful with a couple areas of work.Firstly we needed an urgent flat roof survey for our neighbours who were selling their flat. They arranged everything really quickly and provided the report promptly.Secondly we needed someone to Bitumen covering on our external stairs. The works were being paid for by our insurance company and the company were being less than helpful with agreeing the costs. Over a period of a year we had to keep asking for updated quotations for the insurance company. RJ Evans were very patient with us and provided the quotations without any issues.Once we had the everything agreed by our insurance company we were able to book the works in very quickly. They turned up on the day the said they would start the works and carried them out within the timescales stated. Everything has been finished to a good standard.

The team that carried out the work were punctual, incredibly quick and left us with an outstanding driveway. Pricing was very fair and John was very open with us regarding all possible options. Couldn’t be happier with our driveway! Looks absolute fantastic and the work was completely quickly and to an excellent standard. Johnny was quick with communication, kept on top of the job, and followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. The chaps arrived at 9am on the dot, tumbled out of a lorry (digger and all!), and our old drive was up and gone within an hour. Job completed within 2 days. Would definitely recommend.

Professional service from start to fitnish, great communication and easy to deal with, understood exactly what I wanted and offered invaluable advice that helped me get what I needed. Following a site visit and numerous promises, after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for a quote. I've given up and found someone more reliable.

WEST WALES PAVING created the perfect patio garden for my elderly, disabled mother. They followed my design to the letter and I was able to finish the job immediately by planting out the borders and putting fish in the raised pond. Danny and his team were professional, efficient, courteous and went above and beyond to help me achieve this space for a 94 year old, who couldn't easily use the garden before. The guys worked very hard to level the ground by hand as there was no machine access to the garden. I am delighted with the results and my mother is now able to exercise by walking around the area with her trolley aide every day, since its completion. She thinks it's just wonderful! I highly recommend this company and give them a 5* review!

From the initial phone call, through to visit, quote and completion was just one week. Our somewhat unkempt back garden lawn and cracked patio has now been trasformed into a space that is ideal for relaxing and entertaining outside. Will was nothing but professional throughout and kept us informed of any possible snags, as well as recommending some things we had never thought of. The team of lads working on the job were efficient, tidy and courteous at all times. I can't recommend Hildens enough and would readily use them again.

Really happy with the work completed.The brief was to remove the old decking and dispose of. Then to build a new deck with some additional paving.Phil and his team helped resolve a few issues that came up along the way regarding the garden and the solutions that they came up with were elegant and enhanced the overall design of the space.Would recommend.
