Simon was recommended to us; I am now pleased to be able to pass on this recommendation.Simon took our requirements and drew up planning and building regulations drawings for a 2-storey side extension, with an additional conservatory and porch.The design met our full expectations, and was sympathetic to our property. As we expected with building onto our 1872 property, there were design challenges due to high-ceilings downstairs and low in-eaves ceilings upstairs. With Simon’s knowledge and experience these challenges were overcome. Simon helped us through the planning process by providing all the technical answers to the planning department’s questions.
