Bought a tumble dryer from here. Had to call them up the day before my warranty ran out. They sent an engineer Asap, no questions or trying to get out of it. Highly recommend

I pay for 2 iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch from home in my Argos card to collect in store.The person on the collection point name given Vass , mentioned that I have to show the card payment.I have mentioned that I didn’t have that card but I could show another document just to proof that was me but she didn’t care.I had the proof of the purchase come through my email with all the codes she needed, but she just didn’t care.Not even try to help.Not helpful at all.Even explained that I travel 20 minutes to get the order , I asked to cancel the order and she didn’t ask any documents just cancelled.Much easier to cancel order than cash around £2000.Definitely don’t come back , buy the some phones with curry’s pc world.If this person would work for me I would sack her immediately.

Phoned and ordered a new Neff Combi Oven / Microwave at lunchtime and less than 24 hours later it was delivered by their own team of delivery personnel and not some courier who potentially won’t handle your item with care, and not just dropped at the door either, they took it straight through to the kitchen and even offered to help make sure it was the correct fit before they left. I think it was James I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order, he was polite and very helpful.To sum up, very competitive on price, and an excellent service.

Absolutly no help what so ever. Not enough room to swing a cat, so hardly any of the ranges are on show. What is on show has been assembled poorly and you are having to walk around people's orders as it looks like they are the drop off point for the trade" counter and boxes are all over the place.Go to Wrens instead."

Worst branch ever. Bought a sofa, checked 3 times that they would bring it up to 2nd floor, which they said they would. When the delivery men showed up they said they don't do stairs. Attempted to bring the sofa up the stairs myself, which didn't fit therefore I had to re arrange collection. When I tried to explain that their driver refused to bring it up , they basically called me a liar and told me that the driver said the lift was broken.. what a total joke since I live in a house. They obviously charged my twice as well for the poor service and when I complained to their head office, they said they would invest on some training! I want my money back , don't care about your training! Get some more competent staff who understands customer service!

I'm very pleased with the fast, efficient and friendly service and would recommend.I recently contacted iFix appliances for an oven repair job as it was no longer heating up. I called and left a voicemail, received a call back within 15 mins and was booked in for an appointment for the next day.The appointment lasted 20 minutes, which included diagnosing the issue, replacing 2 parts, and explaining the service and warranty which was included.
