Had some great feedback from some clients regarding M J Backhouse for a job i had asked them to do. The issue was dealt with promptly with great communication which has been appreciated by myself,and the clients. and they could not be happier with the fast results. looking forward to working with them in the future, its nice to receive good feedback for a contractors.

***This review has been edited to reflect service recovery and some compromise reached.***Almost 5 months and 7 visits later, rodent infestation persists despite my spending over £700. First technician missed an entire area during initial survey, there was poor communication with subsequent technicians who did not read report nor move the washing machine on later call outs. A big hole in the wall remained undiscovered till the 5th call out. Mice are still coming through the inadequate proofing leaving bits of proofing material and blue foam rodenticide in flat. Call handlers, while polite, friendly and responsive, were reading off their guidelines and told me to “trust the process” ie wait for mice to take bait and die over a few weeks when there were gaps missed by technicians during repeated call outs.Eventually I was told to read the fine print (something like “we can’t close every hole”) and “it’s a building problem”. This is despite the building doing a separate survey when the issue was first raised and addressing the source. Environ then recommended me a four season plan for over £500 (quarterly visits), which I did not want because I have spent enough without a definitive solution to the rodent infestation. Environ has been responsive and open in communication as we worked together towards a middle ground. Have used Scott several times for wasp nests. Fast and friendly service and great value.

Really good comms with Mark to get quote and timings for job.Done a great job removing pigeons and placing mesh around solar panels, all cleaned as well as guttering etcThe birds already seemed to have moved a few houses down to the solar panels there. Will definitely recommend Mark to them and others

Myself and my partner had Ian and Josh at our address today to help clean up Pigeon mess off of both of our balconies. They were both attentive, hard working, polite, respectful, friendly and have done a WONDERFUL job. Called for help removing bumblebee nest. Danny arrived within an hour and removed the nest humanely. We've used him for a number of other jobs in the past, always happu with his service.

Really a lovely clinic. We had a flea infestation and our current vet was being very difficult and would not given us an appointment for several weeks.. Here in 1.5 day they managed to find us an appointment on a Saturday and staff was all super friendly and helpful and professional. The vet was excellent! Thanks a lot!

Lovely little place. Animals from cats dogs rabbits all well cared for. Their own space. Well worth a visit. Just make sure you take a van to adopt all the kitties.

Great time at my dogs first fun agility class. Very relaxed and great trainers. Looking forward to next week!

Ben removed three wasp nests that were in our loft. Tidy worker, took all rubbish away with him. He also kindly checked our drains with a camera due to recent rat/mice issues for no additional cost. Very reasonable prices but due to his excellent knowledge of pests he's a busy man so you need to get him booked. Highly recommended.
