I suffered a fairly severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic and was told by the doctor to ring 999. I cannot commend the crew attending, two in the ambulance; one in a car. They were absolutely wonderful. Apart from their expertise they were we're so caring, friendly and reassuring I was taken to hospital for monitoring, in case I went into anaphyactic shock, and Candi & Donna stayed with me until.all the triage. was done. Thank you all.DON'T MESS WITH THE NHS!

Rude staff! Very intimidating, this company clean a building next to my house always blocking my drive and blocking my car in when I’m parked in my private parking bay. When asked to moved (which happens constantly with one of the cleaners) met with attitude, aggression and childish behaviour

Just got a call from Exeter after making a complaint and to my absolute disbelief heard that I told ambulance crew that I didn't want to be conveyed to the hospital following motorbike accident. Obliviously the crew forgot" to get my signature confirming that. What a bunch of lies! Three days later staff at RBH ED was rolling their eyes in disbelief asking why wasn't I brought in for a check-up and how come I was allowed to ride back home with a concussion. As I said over the phone I'll see you in court and let the judge decide who is lying."

RTC Medical Solutions Ltd
I needed some help to move an elderly family member from London to Stoke-on-Trent, and didn't feel it was sensible in my car due to his health & mobility... so I found RTC locally, who had the perfect solution, at a sensible cost.A private ambulance was availible for a saturday trip for patient transport service. 2 excellent staff members drove to London, and collected my uncle on a stretcher and brought him up to his new care home locally. The staff were fantastic in every way, and also i was allowed to go along to have a friendly face to support my uncle on his 'road trip/holiday' which he really enjoyed and we even got to let him see some planes as we passed the airport where he used to work. The trip ran smoothly and the staff were professional, capable & very knowledgable. They got the job done and I definatley couldn't of done that myself, and had found the right people to support. Thank you.

A marvellous response from Neil and Robert Paramedics who were called out by mums GP Practice and discovered mum simply had a chest infection and didn't need to go to A&E. So relieved she was not left queuing at A&E when this was not required as she is 89. Many thanks for your diligence and experience.
