Yuexi Wang
My name is Yuexi Wang. I am a master’s student in ESOL program. Since I am a person who really loves digital things and design. Therefore, for this project and our team, I am the person who is mainly responsible for Wix website building and designing. As a bilingual myself, whose first language is Chinese, and the second language is English, I believe that our website is conducive to the development of Florida bilingual programs and Florida bilinguals.
Xinwei Zhang
Hi there! I am Xinwei Zhang, a second-year master’s student in ESOL/Bilingual Education program at University of Florida. I am from China, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign language. I am passionate about languages, linguistics, and bilingual education. I’ve gained some experiences of helping students from different language backgrounds learn Chinese in undergraduate school. I have a vision of being a Chinese/ English Bilingual teacher after graduation. For this project, I am mainly responsible for collecting information and support my group members. Amy Zhou
Hi, I am Amy. Like my teammates, I am also a second-year student in my master’s program in ESOL/Bilingual Education. I used to be a English teacher in China and I really love language and literacy teaching. I am in charge of the interview part of this team project of us, but Xinwei and Yuexi have also got enthusiastically involved in the whole interview process because we hope everybody in the team has a very clear picture about what is going on. We enjoy the cooperation. And we are so thankful to the two teachers and a principle in Palm Beach dual language program who gladly accepted our interview and offered us valuable information as well as vivid descriptions about their program.
