AVOID! They are overcharging their customers!In reply to the comment from BVS and the phone conversation your employee had with my partner too - funny enough I am the person who paid you for hiring one of your vans and for doing that I had to visit your office with the driver. You know my partner only by name (Mike Colman) - this will ring the bell for you. And I am the one who you charged £120 for cleaning the van which is extremely excessive to me. I also saw the pictures you have sent to my partner and you just shot yourself in the leg here because in the back of the van a saw nothing that's worth £60 for cleaning. And by the way the roof of your van has a hole (and before you start accusing me of that too let me clarify I don't have tall enough furniture to do that and on top of my furniture I've put black bin bags full of clothes so nothing sharp went near the roof). Because of that all my furniture and both of my mattresses and some of the clothes were soaking wet and certainly that helped for the back of your van to be wet too (it was raining these two days). And please don't try to explain to a dog owner how hard is to clean a very small bit of dog hair in one of the pictures you have sent because it takes a couple of minutes only. And the driver did not break any rules or laws. I haven't heard of a law that forbids a dog bedding to be put in the van cabin! That's where the dog hair is from. And that plus taking out a pack of cigarette papers from the floor and wiping the floor in the cabin is not worth another £60 either. To me that conversation is over because obviously you rip off your customers and you do not care. And btw I was present when my partner called your company back and I heard your employee trying to play the woke card on him. It was pitiful trying this on a disabled and vulnerable person! Certainly it was not professional on his behalf to tell a customer that he pays £250 for cleaning his apartment and that justifies £120 for cleaning a van! I am not expecting to be refunded but I think that people should know how me and my partner have been treated by your company. You've got your money so please do not send him emails trying to defend your point anymore. It will not change our opinion and we will not delete our posts!!! Also I will be more than happy if you post the pictures and let people decide for themselves after reading all the reviews whether to use your company or not and whether your fine (that's what this charge is for to me, it is not a charge for cleaning) is justified too!

Absolutely brilliant customer experience ! I've just moved down to Okehampton in the last week and I needed a quick repair done to my brake light.I got booked in for the following morning and the fix was completed very quickly and efficiently.A big thank you to the helpful staff there who made me very welcome.I will definitely be using them again.

These guys were absolutely great Allan the boss almost certainly saved me from ruining my car as it was very low on oil without my realising. They dealt with the issue immediately 4.30pm on a Saturday and the price charged was very generous to me. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this smart professional outfit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Hired a van from them. When the driver started the van a yellow warning light appeared on the dashboard. When we asked them about it they said the van has recently passed a check and there is nothing wrong with it and they can't explain why the warning light is on. Then in the middle of the drive with a van full of furniture problems with the clutch and the breaks started. Anyway we got back safe. And then I was charged £100 for cleaning the van. The two days that we used the van was raining but EXCUSE ME... £100 for wiping the floors is over the top and anyway the van was far from clean when we hired it!!!!On top of that on the rental agreement invoice the amount for hiring the van is stated to be £276 (VAT incl.) . On the final invoice they have charged me another £20 on top. And looking at the other reviews they answer only to the positive ones which says it all that this company is not professional!!!! Save your money people and avoid BVS!
