We took on Claire to draw up plans for a re-model of an existing bungalow that we owned to upgrade it in order to suit some disability needs. A pause in the process during covid allowed us the time to fully consider what we wanted and Claire took on board some fundamental changes to the internal layout of the house to great effect. She was highly professional with her advice and in her approach during the planning and subsequent build. She recommended a builder to us who would be well-suited to the project which meant we had confidence that Claire and the builder had a good working relationship and this in turn gave us reassurance that the job was being done in the best possible way by all concerned. Now that the house is complete and we have moved in we could not be better pleased.

Claire was fab. Really helped all through the process even dealing with the planning department!!!!
