Godfrey Fry - Property Planning, Design & Drawings

We trust Godfrey implicitly. He has a superb eye for detail, an impressive understanding of space, an honest approach to communication and, above all else, his word is good. We have involved him in several projects and we are delighted with all that he has done; havimg him on board from planning stages to completion was the best decision we made when recently revamping a Victorian house. His understanding of our needs was remarkable and he took much of the stress out of what might otherwise have been a daunting time. I cannot recommend Godfrey highly enough.

Godfrey's very reasonably priced design took our existing undersized, murky kitchen and by extending into the garden, gave us a spacious, light kitchen and a sociable eating area. At the same time, Tardis-like, our existing utility room miraculously morphed to include a WC/shower room. The very attractive extension vastly improves the appearance of the back of the house. At all stages of the process, Godfrey and his building team displayed good humour and consideration for our comfort and everyday needs.

We have used Godfrey for several projects in our home. Godfrey, is reliable and works hard, he has a whole lot of design solutions which are based on experience and creativity. At the beginning of a project we have had ideas of what we want from the project, Godfrey takes these ideas, respects them, adds to them and creates a practical and beautiful solution. Godfrey has a thorough knowledge of the legal requirements and all the things I don’t want to have to think about related to a building project, this intimate knowledge allowed him to innovate our plans so that they were acceptable to the authorities.
