We've been delighted with the quality of the architectural design and project management Maria Escribano provided for our house extension and renovation project. Maria understood our requirements really well, proposed a superb architectural design for a modern kitchen extension and then enabled that design to be realised with an excellent eye for detail in her project management. We now have a wonderful addition to our house that we are really pleased with. The extension looks really good architecturally, fitting in well with the aesthetic of the older house and providing a new modern counterpoint with much enhanced amenity including bi-fold doors opening out into the garden. This also complements the renovation work carried out in the rest of the house which has provided amongst other things solar panels and more sustainable heating. Thanks to the excellent service provided by Maria Escribano Architects, we now have a house which we are very much able to enjoy.

My project was a large extension and house renovation. Maria was recommended to me. I was looking for architectural services and project management. Maria provided both these aspects professionally and expertly and always in an approachable manner. Having explained what I was looking for in an extension, Maria's design more than met my expectations, and demonstrated imagination and flair, and was impressive as regards the technical aspects and attention to detail. At the beginning Maria set out the planning process and each stage of the project. The project was put out to tender, and the tender document prepared by Maria was exact and detailed. The building works were project managed by Maria, and she ensured the works were carried out as required. Everyone who has seen the completed extension and house renovation has been impressed as was I. I could not be more happier with the outcome. I could not have made a better decision than the one I made in asking Maria to take on my project. Her expertise and professionalism were evident throughout.
