Received my hemp bedding nearly 2 weeks after placing the order. Tried contacting the owner multiple times, they haven’t replied at all. I ended up getting the same for less on Amazon and way quicker! Never again for me.

I phoned and ordered 10 bags of verdo at the start of the week, I was told the items were in stock, that they had more than 10, that they would put them aside for me collecting today. Went to pick them up where I was met by a woman who told me that the bedding wasn’t in stock and they hadn’t received a delivery, I stated this shouldn’t affect me, as I had phoned and 10 bags of the bedding that were in stock put aside. Apparently when they say the item is on stock they mean that they will get another delivery, hopefully, before the customer comes in to collect. I advised that I wouldn’t be using them again, I had wasted my time and fuel going out, if they had told me that they weren’t in stock I would have called before attending. Woman in the shop came out the shop telling me I would be sued for slander if I left a bad review.Slander isn’t applicable in Scotland, and to prove defamation of character the info must not be true, hence why I’m leaving an honest review of the ‘service’ supplied by the shop today.As I stated in the shop I won’t be back, I’ll take my business to a company that give me good customer service.

Great little shop , very friendly staff always willing to do that little bit extra to help you get what you are after.

Fantastic. Susan and Stewart are extremely helpful. They go out there way to make sure the customer always has the right stuff. They deliver the products to your door. They are cheaper than some of rest of the sellers. Thanks guys
