They charged me for the order that had 1 to 5 business days to make the delivery and I'm still waiting. On January 7, 2 weeks have passed since the purchase and I still have not received my package. And don't tell me that the royal mail is on strike. I told them that it is a gift to send and I still have no answer as to when the order will arrive. a real disappointment. I want to add that emails do not respond. After a month of waiting, my order arrived. The email they send you to find out where your order is, arrived 3 days after receiving the package without prior notice, so I found out by surprise. Anyone could keep the package, luckily they didn't. In addition to following all the stipulated guidelines, they do not comply with time and form in their deliveries. And with apologies we do not solve the problems caused. Comply with the company's policy and do not waste the time of your clients who make your existence possible. First and last purchase.

First store I visited online and still continue to use today. Great customer service, nice turn around times, and a good selectionon of goodies.. What's not to like...

First time buyer (normally go straight to Barneys) but really glad I did, and will certainly be buying from again! Fast delivery and loads of freebies! I dunno what I did to deserve them but THANK YOU SO MUCH! Was not expecting that! All these Karens moaning on here about stuff that, for the most part, is out of their control! Don't listen to them and and buy from here!
