I can’t thank Ivan and Maya enough for everything they did when we had to say good bye to our beloved Marley. They were kind, caring and compassionate. They came out the same day (which we were so incredibly grateful for!) and and kept me updated throughout. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Diesel was our constant companion for 17 years. He meant the world to us and his sister Ruby who is now almost 15 years old.When Diesel became so ill and we knew there was no hope, the thought of having to take him to a vets to be euthanised was unthinkable.Hensol vets came to our home and with so much compassion and care, gently let Diesel pass.I cannot thank Ivan and Maya enough for the kindness they showed- not only to Diesel but to my husband and myself.Thank you Ivan and Maya .

I cannot possibly find the words to convey how deeply grateful I am to Ivan and Maya at Hensol veterinary services for making Barnabys passing so peaceful. They were so wonderfully caring and gentle, nothing was rushed and I truly believe Barnaby was comfortable and content till his last breath. They have the highest recommendation it is possible to give.

A few weeks ago we had to make the hardest of decisions to put our beautiful Tilly to sleep after her short battle with cancer . We came across Hensol veterinary practice and I can honestly say that they were amazing.we had vets in the past call to the house but none of them compared to Hensol practice . Maya and Ivan were sympathetic, empathic and caring x.Nothing was rushed and they made us feel at ease and made sure Tilly’s departure from us was delt with in a caring loving manor.Thank you both you are truly amazing humans xx

A huge thank you to the marvellous team at Hensol Veterinary Services, who travelled to us from the Vale of Glamorgan to give our beautiful Harry the best possible end to his life. Maya and Ivan were kindness itself, respectful, gentle and compassionate, even stroking and talking to our boy with me while he went to sleep. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently lost our Boxer (Dulcima or Dulcie to her friends) who was the most amazing loyal dog and our best friend. It broke our hearts but I have to say that the vets team from Hensol vets were absolutely amazing. Professional and caring and a wonderful manner. We are still missing her every day in every way but I was mindful that we should post a review and thank these wonderful people (Ivan & Maya I think). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

12 weeks ago today, May 5th, my beautiful Siamese Sunny had to be euthanised, as he was in so much pain. I decided that it would be better for Sunny to pass in his home he had lived and loved for more than 16 years. My beloved boy deserved the best care at the end of his life, as he had given so much love and joy to us all and thanks to Maya and Ivan, who provided an end of life home service, Sunny passed away quickly and was free from all the pain he had endured. Sunny's body was then taken away to be cremated.Thank you both, Maya and Ivan, for being so gentle and kind, with both Sunny and I. You made a painful experience more bearable with your sympathetic manner towards a grieving cat mummy.Weeks later you personally delivered my baby boy's ashes back to the home that he had loved and placed him safely in my hands. He was in a beautiful casket with his name on it and now sits on my bedside table, next to his brother's ashes. Everything that Hensol Veterinary Service provided, from the End of Life Service, to Sunny's Cremation, was both professional and compassionate and I would certainly recommend them.Thank you both.❤❤Melanie.

Maya and Ivan were so very kind, they helped me and my little girl Mimi at the end of her life. I wanted Mimi to go to sleep for the last time at home and they made this possible. I will be forever grateful to them.
