Llansawel Agored

Stayed a couple of nights in Bell tent and a tent pitched next to it, the pitch itself is secluded and plenty of space for the kids to play safely. Rhys is doing a great job making it a nice relaxing place to stay with plenty of thought gone into making it as natural as you would want for a camping trip without taking all your own equipment. Thank you for all your help and will see you again

We spent 2 nights here over half term week with our 2 young boys and had a great time. Rhys has thought really hard about how to create a peaceful camping experience. The pitches are generous and well spaced with great views of the surrounding countryside. Our pitch had a kitchen area which we found extremely useful. Also worth mentioning that there are really solid and large wheelbarrows to carry your stuff from the car park. We'll definitely go back next time we're visiting the area

We had the best stay at Llansawel Agored. Rhys was brilliant and super helpful throughout our entire weekend stay. A group of us booked the three glamping units on the site, and although they are pretty spread out and a bit of a walk between each tent, it was the perfect break.The weather wasn't great, so having the facilities to cook in our kitchen under cover was ideal. The tents were huge and the addition of the log burner took the chill out of the evenings.Can't recommend Rhys and Llansawel Agored enough, and would happily return in a heartbeat!

The campsite has a great natural location, especially the bell tent areas, which are in their own private wooded areas with grassland containing wild flowers. Rhys has a great vision aims to develop his eco-campsite further. I look forward to visiting again to see what he does next.

How campsites should be! Spacious, peaceful and surrounded by meadows. It’s a really nice balance between a great campsite with the trappings of a little glamping too. Each of the plots felt unique and you get plenty of space to set up. Hot showers, fire pits and easily accessible toilets were a bonus too. Rhys was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a walk into tow (5 mins) for a pint at the Angel where the owners were an absolute delight. I wish all campsites were like this.

This was the first time I took my son camping, and I'm worried the bar was set too high! We both had a great time, felt safe, looked after, had plenty of space, amenities were excellent. Looking forward to going back next year.

Really lovely spot with well spaced pitches and good eco loo/shower facilities. Heaps to do in the local area - walks, swims (river, lake and sea). Pubs within walking distance tooRhys was a great host, full of great tips and kindly lent us a cafetiere, cool box and extra gas cannister!

Beautiful location in the heart of the countryside. Piping hot water for showers and well equipped washing up facilities, plus clean and hygienic composting toilets. Would love to go back - it's a very special place. Thankyou Rhys.
