Fantastic company with amazing customer service. Took my car there with a rear shock issue. I was sent a video within a few hours and had it fixed the same day. Since then I've had the haldex, gearbox and an interim service. Nothing is too much for Richie and his technicians top class workmanship and service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently visited R tec garage to get some parts fitted to my car and I was very impressed by their service. They were courteous, professional and efficient, and they did a fantastic job on my car. The parts were fitted to a high quality. I am very satisfied with the result and I would definitely recommend R tec garage to anyone who needs car servicing or repairs. They are the best German car specialists in South Wales!

Got me out of a right pickle. Rear lower arm change done in a very timely fashion. Workshop is immaculate. Teresa was very welcoming at drop off and Rich very informative explaining what work had to be undertaken at collection. If you work in Llansamlet this is the place to go if you need some where to drop off before work and collect after work. Very accomodating.
